The story
As a school drop-out, it wasn't always easy. I tended to take a job just to get started, rather than making a conscious choice. As a result, there was always room for growth. Through sales, website and application development, and analysis, I have always actively pursued that quest.
Two things have always struck me: many companies struggle with organizing work, and employees and teams feel stuck. Through a career that started as a developer & analyst, and continued into agile coaching, I have been able to complete a journey that enables me to take both procedures and teams to a higher level. I now try to share that experience with as many people as possible.
That is why Refresh Now currently both offers coaching programs for teams where improvement is possible, as well as keynotes and workshops to get everyone back on the right track. So, do not hesitate to contact me!
